Koncerts notiks neierastā vietā – Sietlas Latviešu nama pagalmā. Ieskandināsim apkārtni ir skanīgām latviešu tautasdziesmu apdarēm, kā arī jau zināmām un iemīļotām dziesmām.
Šajā koncertā piedalīsies arī soliste Aubrey Lauren (soprāns) no Hawaii, septiņus gadus vecā Francine Nalini Maheshwari, kā arī kori pavadīs koncertmeistare Tatiana Boggs, kas šobrīd studē kordiriģēšanas doktorantūras programmā UW.
Lūdzu, nāciet un dziedāsim kopā! Neviens neatminas nevienu koncertu nama pagalmā, tā kā nāc un piedzīvo šo vēsturisko brīdi (lietus gadījumā koncerts notiks iekštelpās).

The Seattle Latvian Choir invites you to the summer kickoff concert “LIGO BEFORE LIGO”

The concert will take place in an unusual venue – the courtyard of the Seattle Latvian Center. We will fill the surroundings with Latvian folk song arrangements, as well as beloved and familiar songs.
This concert will also feature soprano Aubrey Lauren from Hawaii, seven-year-old Francine Nalini Maheshwari, and accompanist Tatiana Boggs, who is currently pursuing a doctorate in choral conducting at UW.
Please come and sing with us! No one can recall a concert ever being held in the courtyard, so come and be part of this historic moment. (In case of rain, the concert will be held indoors.)
A dance party will follow the concert.
